Back Supports

Eligible for Return:
Back supports may be returned if:

• They have not been removed from their original packaging, or

• They were removed only for brief testing and then returned to the original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return:
Back supports are not eligible for return if they:

• Have been worn or used beyond brief testing

• Have been used for multiple days

• Show signs of extended use

Defective Back Supports

If your back support is defective, including:

• Not holding air

• Pump malfunction

• Bladder insert failure

Please contact customerservice@powerrackstrength.com within 60 days of purchase for return or replacement instructions.

Refunds (Back Supports)

If your return is approved:

• You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. Shipping cost for return will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Your refund will be processed once we have received the item.

Books

Eligible for Return:
Select books may be returned only if they remain sealed in the original plastic wrapping.
Once the plastic wrapping has been removed, the book is not eligible for return.

Damaged Books

If your book arrives damaged, including:

• Water damage

• Torn or ripped pages

• Missing plastic wrapping (excluding 10/20/Life)

Please contact customerservice@powerrackstrength.com within 10 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. You will receive instructions for return or replacement.
